The startup provides software solutions that have helped to fully automate delivery operations for major brands, such as McDonald’s, Buffalo Burger and El Ezaby Pharmacies.
Roboost, the Egypt-based AI-powered logistics startup, utilized its cutting-edge technology to secure a $3 million investment round, propelling the company into its next phase of regional expansion.
The company’s delivery management software solutions have revolutionized home delivery operations for major brands throughout the MENA region, including notable names like McDonald’s in Egypt and Kuwait, Buffalo Burger, and El Ezaby Pharmacies.
Mohamed Gessraha, CEO and Co-Founder of Roboost, emphasized the significance of this investment in expanding the company’s reach across MENA. He stated, “This investment enables us to bring Roboost’s transformative power to businesses across the MENA region.” Their aim is to redefine automated delivery operations by tailoring their technology to meet the specific needs of their customers.
Roboost’s success story is underscored by its impressive 400% year-over-year revenue growth since its establishment in 2018. This growth has been driven in part by leveraging proprietary machine learning and AI algorithms, which empower over 15,000 delivery drivers to serve nearly 10 million unique customers and process over 40 million orders.
With the newly acquired investment, Roboost plans to replicate this success across the entire MENA region’s delivery market. Additionally, they intend to expand their offerings in e-commerce and middle-mile services, providing more customized and automated solutions to their clients.
